Yes, sameday delivery today is available inside Kathmandu valley only. Same day delivery is available for Kathmandu valley delivery only if order is placed by 3pm (Nepal Standard Time). Order received after 3pm is processed for next day delivery.

For outside Kathmandu valley locations:

Sameday delivery today is not available for outside Kathmandu locations. We recommend to place order at least 2 days in advance for timely delivery to outside Kathmandu valley.

Choose USD$ if ordering from outside Nepal including a country other than the US. Payment can be made with major credit/debit cards online.

If ordering from Inside Nepal and India:
Choose NRs. if ordering from within Nepal and India. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard of Nepali or Indian Banks.

Customers from Nepal can also pay with eSewa and available eBanking payment methods. Cash-on-delivery is currently available for self-addressed orders inside Kathmandu only.

This product is covered by manufacturer's warranty.

This means it will be repaired (free of cost) or replaced if malfunctioned (or stops working) during warranty period as per manufacturer's policy. It comes with warranty card.

If any issues, customers (recipients) must report and take the non-working/malfunctioned item to manufacturer's service center before warranty expires. If needed, Giftmandu can assist customers to locate nearest service center and their contact information.
