Our system will estimate the charge automatically once delivery address is provided for both inside and outside KTM valley.

Delivery will be anytime between 10am – 5pm inside KTM, and 9am-7pm outside KTM. OR you can also specify any 2-hour delivery slot in additional notes section on the checkout page for a KTM delivery.

Definitely. Orders placed by 12pm noon (Nepal's Local Time) can be delivered the same day inside Kathmandu valley. Please see sameday delivery availability information for each item on product page if they can be delivered the sameday.

open-close-arrowI don't have full delivery address for my recipient in Nepal. Can you still deliver?

Yes. You can provide your recipient's name, area address (cross streets, landmarks, or simply city's name) and phone numbers. We can call your recipient's for directions before sending out for delivery.

Certainly. You can choose a delivery date on checkout page while placing an order. Orders are delivered on the selected delivery day inside Kathmandu valley. Delivery date may vary to Outside Valley locations. We recommend to place orders early for timely delivery.

Most electronic items are covered by manufacturer's full warranty. We include a warranty card while delivering electronic items.

Yes, we do. Items must be pre-ordered in order to pick up from our office.

open-close-arrowHow long will delivery take? Is it a home-delivery or my recipient will need to collect?

You can choose a preferred delivery date on checkout page while placing an order. We can deliver same day inside Kathmandu valley and 3-5 days to outside Kathmandu. All orders are home delivered inside Kathmandu and to major cities outside Kathmandu.

Home delivery may not be available for orders sent through courier services and in some remote areas.

Yes, your payment information and privacy will be safe and secure while ordering online with us. We do not store any of your CC information. This is handled by very reputed banks in Nepal in secure environment. You can place your order online with confidence.

We do. We recommend to place orders at least 3 days in advance for delivery on your preferred day outside KTM.

We can deliver a few items including cakes, flowers and mithai items for same day delivery to selected outside KTM locations. However, items shipped from Kathmandu will take 2-5 days to outside valley.

Please inquire with us before placing same day delivery to outside KTM locations.

open-close-arrowWhat is your return/exchange policy?

For any reason if you're not satisfied with products, we have following return/exchange policy in place.


Perishable items: There's no return policy on perishable items including all food products, cakes, flowers, fruits, sweets, beverages and all consumable items after delivery. However, we can exchange or replace if these products are damaged during delivery or should there be any issue with product quality.


Non-perishable items: We have 7-day return or replacement policy on most non-perishable items. If you'd like to return or exchange any non-perisable items for any reason, you can do so within 7 days after delivery. No questions asked.


Damage covered: Please be assured that if an item gets damaged during shipment or before delivery, we will arrange redelivery with a new fresh product.

We send order status updates to your email address. Will you please check your spam/junk folder if you've received any update emails from us? If you have not received any email update, please call or email us (contact info at the bottom of this page) with your order/invoice number so we can check your order.

open-close-arrowCan I cancel my existing order?

For any reason, if you need to cancel your existing order - simply email us with your order details. There's a 5% cancellation fee. The fee is to cover the processing fees charged by our payment processor. 


The refund amount is credited to your account in 5-7 days.

PAYMENT RELATED QUESTIONS

open-close-arrowI tried to place an order but payment failed/declined. I could not process payment.

Please check:

  1. Your billing address (gift from) is exactly as it appears on your bank statement. Payment does not process if the billing address is not as per your bank statement. Will you please update your billing address exactly as it appears on your bank statement and try placing your order again?

  2. Make sure all card details are correct including card number, name on the card, expiry date and CVV.

Alternatively, you can also try using another payment method available on checkout page.

  • - cash-on-delivery (for self addressed orders inside Kathmandu valley upto Rs.5000 for limited category products).


When placing order from outside Nepal:

Please choose USD currency to pay with major credit/debit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, union pay). If you're ordering from other countries other than the US, your account will be charged in equivalent local currency.


When placing order from Nepal:

Please choose NPR currency to pay with credit/debit cards of Nepali banks. We also accept eSewa, direct bank deposit to Himalayan, Nabil or NIC Asia Bank, as well as Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and Money Transfer.
