This was absolutely the best customer service I have EVER received.... They were very accessible to answer questions after I ordered a delivery to be made in Kathmandu, they kept me advised as to the status of the order, they even sent me photos of the order and a photo of my son receiving the items. The quality of the cake and other food items was exceptional. I was extremely impressed by the whole process and will order again without worries.
