Great, but keep the surprise!
Thank you for the timely delivery and good quality of the cake. The recipient loved it. However i wish you kept the element of surprise. Your delivery boy when he called mentioned that there was a cake for delivery, which took the surprise out of the gift. It was meant to be a surprise. And the person knew what she was getting.

Very good Service. I complained about the cake and immediately next day they delivered the new cake which was not necessary but they did as a service Recovery. I am very satisfied with the service. Cannot wait to order again from Giftmandu.
