Booking online (for a delivery in another part of Nepal) was easy, quick and efficient, my first time ordering from Giftmandu.
Delivery was made in a timely fashion, on the day requested, including checking on the address for the delivery. However, the wrong order was delivered (!) - despite this (after a quick phone call to the courier) the correct order was delivered within a very short time of the call being made.
Despite the initial problem with the delivery - I would certainly use the service again.

I used giftmandu many times when I was in London, I suggested many of my frens this giftmandu as well. I like the way, they used to send the delivery notification by sending the picture. They deliver in the right time as well...So THUMBS UP for giftmandu.net
