SURPRISE GIFT FOR MY BUDI
I placed an order about two weeks before the delivery date and it was delivered on the day that I picked. To be perfectly honest I didn't really expect a good quality product but I was blown away by how good everything was. The dozen roses were better than i expected, the quality of the teddy bear was also far better than I hoped it would be.

1. Awesome customer service. There is room for improvement regarding delay in replies but Goals are always met.
2. Re-sending of Damaged gifts, if damaged while delivering especially Cake and flowers.
3. Variety of choices for gifts. There are lot of various gift items in the website. They can always add more but the current one meets my expectation.
