I must have been the worst customer ever. First of all, I placed a last minute order with the wrong delivery date and the receipient was at work with his cellphone was switched off. I called the toll free number and they were very polite and helpful. Despite the communication issue, they still delivered same day. I couldn't be happier with their service.
