I am very happy with the excellent service provided. My daughter left the hospital at Chitwan in Nepal (the delivery address) at 1pm on Valentine's Day due to night shift the same day. The delivery guy called my daughter to meet up with her at another location near the hospital to deliver the flowers in person. Excellent customer service.
