I just experienced some amazing customer service here in Kathmandu from Giftmandu. I want to wear a T-shirt with my company logo on it but didnt bring one from home (Zimbabwe). So late last night I ordered one over internet. It arrived at lunch time today, delivered to the hotel packaged beautifully. This is called Delighting Quality. Great service.
