Booking online (for a delivery in another part of Nepal) was easy, quick and efficient, my first time ordering from Giftmandu.
Delivery was made in a timely fashion, on the day requested, including checking on the address for the delivery. However, the wrong order was delivered (!) - despite this (after a quick phone call to the courier) the correct order was delivered within a very short time of the call being made.
Despite the initial problem with the delivery - I would certainly use the service again.

Pleasant and Prompt Service
Ordered a gift to myself (they had product which couldn't have been found in any other stores) at 1 pm. Got the items before 5 pm the same day. Although the items were needed, but their gift wrap made my day pleasant after my stressful office day.
