At Giftmandu, we offer simple, secure, and flexible payment options for both customers within Nepal and those ordering from abroad. You can place your order in Nepali Rupees (NPR) or US Dollars (USD), depending on your location and convenience. All payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways.

1 Payment Options in Nepali Rupees (NPR)

These options are available for customers placing orders from within Nepal or choosing to pay in NPR:

Digital Wallets

eSewa – Select NPR currency at checkout and pay securely using your eSewa wallet.

Khalti – Choose Khalti as your payment method while placing an order in NPR.

Cards Issued by Nepali Banks

Visa & Mastercard – Pay in NPR using Visa or Mastercard issued by banks in Nepal.

Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit

Bank Transfer – Select the “Bank Transfer” or “Money Transfer” option at checkout. Our team will share bank account details and assist you with the payment process.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery – Available for self-addressed orders within the Kathmandu Valley only. Pay in cash at the time of delivery.

Fonepay QR – Pay instantly by scanning our Fonepay QR code using supported mobile banking or wallet apps.

MOCO QR – Make quick and secure payments by scanning the MOCO QR code.

QR payment details are shared after order placement or displayed as instructed during checkout.

These options are ideal for international customers placing orders from outside Nepal:

Payments in USD are processed securely through international payment gateways. Your card details are fully protected, and Giftmandu does not store any card information.

3 Important Payment Information

Orders can be placed and processed in NPR or USD only.
Currency selection can be made directly on the website before checkout.
All prices are clearly displayed based on the selected currency.
Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed promptly for delivery in Nepal.

4 Note on Offline & Manual Payments

Offline payment methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank/Money Transfers have limited availability. During busy event periods (including major festivals and peak gifting weeks), these payment options may be temporarily unavailable to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

When unavailable, customers will be requested to use online payment methods for faster confirmation and smoother service. Availability of offline payment options is always shown at checkout and may change without prior notice based on order volume and operational capacity.
