• All gift deliveries are done between 12 noon and 7 pm local time.
• For timely delivery, we kindly request that you place your order one day in advance.
• Occasionally, substitution is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
• We contact the recipient about availability and time and accordingly process the order. If the recipient is not there at the decided time for some reason the product is left outside their door.
• Returned packages due to "House Locked", "Receiver Not Available", "Address Incorrect", or "Consignee Not Available / Shifted” cannot be refunded. These orders will NOT be re-sent unless paid for again. Anything that comes back with 6-7 days transit time, is not in a condition to be resent.  New packages will be sent out for re-shipment and the full price charged.
