Questions
How and when do we pay?
Pay by any major international debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. Regular clients can pay after delivery, within 7 days. Every order comes with a VAT bill.
What if we miss choosing a gift?
Your default gift is sent automatically 3 working days before the date, so nobody is forgotten.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?
Yes. Same-day delivery in Kathmandu Valley and nationwide delivery across Nepal.
How do we get a login?
Our team creates and approves your company's logins once you sign up. We set up your company account, add each HR or admin person you name, and email them a link to set their password. Need another login later? Just ask us.
How is our staff data used?
Only to deliver gifts on your behalf. It is never shared or used for marketing.
