We also serve major cities throughout Nepal—including Pokhara, Biratnagar, Dharan, Itahari, Chitwan, Bhairahawa, Butwal, Birgunj, Jhapa, and surrounding areas. Perishable gifts are delivered locally in select cities, while non-perishable items can be shipped nationwide through our courier partners.

1 Inside Kathmandu Valley: Same-Day Gift Delivery

The Kathmandu Valley has three districts: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. We offer same-day delivery anywhere in these three areas. The delivery fee is calculated based on your order and location. We offer delicious cakes from various local and star hotels in town, freshly baked on the day of delivery. We have also been delivering beautiful flowers like roses, gerberas, lilies, and carnations, ensuring your recipients receive fresh flowers from our skillful florists.

What are your delivery times?

We always get your gift delivered – Open seven days a week!

Our standard delivery hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Sun-Sat, Nepal Standard Time. Although an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed, you can choose a two-hour time slot between 10 am and 6 pm for delivery within the Kathmandu Valley.

Delivery outside the Kathmandu Valley cannot be guaranteed, but we aim to deliver as soon as possible, according to your recipient's convenience.

Can I self-pick up?

You can place the order and pick it up from our office in Nakhipot, Khumaltar, Lalitpur. Let us know your preferred pick-up time. We will have your order ready. No delivery charges!

How does same-day delivery work?

Your orders must be placed by 4 pm for same-day delivery inside Kathmandu Valley. Same-day delivery may also be available in some cities outside Kathmandu for cakes and flowers.

How do I know when my order has been delivered?

Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a notification in your email stating that your order has been delivered. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes, you may, but an exact delivery time cannot be promised. However, we can deliver within your timeframe if it is suitable, as our delivery hours are 10 am to 6 pm.

What are the most common reasons for delivery delays?

There are many reasons behind the delivery delays, such as:

Bad weather conditions and traffic.
Wrong Recipient’s Number / Recipient not answering calls.
Wrong/ Inaccurate Delivery Address.
No-Go Zones / Remote Locations.
Law & Order Situation / Road Blocks.
Recipient Unavailability – Out of City.

In these cases, our support team will contact you as quickly as possible to provide an update on the situation and explore alternative delivery options.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable to receive the gift order?

If the recipient does not answer the call or is out of the city, we will notify you first. If there is still no contact, our delivery staff will return the order to our office, and it will be redelivered the next day after we contact the recipient.

Do you make home delivery to inside & outside the valley too?

We offer home delivery within the Kathmandu Valley and to major cities outside it. Home delivery may not be available to all locations. The recipient may need to collect an order when home delivery is unavailable.
