Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Giftmandu, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Non-Perishable Items

  • We offer a 7-day refund or replacement policy for wrong, damaged, or defective non-perishable items.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Upon verification, the item will be replaced or a refund will be issued.


Perishable & Consumable Items

Due to the nature of perishable goods, refunds are not applicable once delivered for:

  • Cakes

  • Flowers

  • Sweets / Mithai

  • Fruits

  • Chocolates

  • Dry nuts

  • Beverages

  • Food and other consumable items

However, replacement or re-delivery will be arranged if:

  • The wrong item was delivered, or

  • The item was delivered in damaged condition

Claims must be reported on the day of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Orders canceled by the sender (or recipient) are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers payment processing charges.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is prepared or dispatched.

Cancellation by Giftmandu

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond the customer’s control—such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Delivery service limitations

  • Political unrest, strikes, or natural disasters

Customers may choose to:

  • Reschedule delivery for a later date, or

  • Receive a full refund (no cancellation fee applies)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used by the sender.

  • Cash refunds are not issued to recipients.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
