Your delivery was on time. Unfortunately, the red colored carnations were very old and had already started to have darkened edges and were wilting. Upon complaining to giftmandu, today I was delivered of a lovely very fresh bouquet of carnations. It came with a lovely card of apology from Giftmandu.
