- Returned packages due to "House Locked", "Receiver Not Available", "Address Incorrect", or "Consignee Not Available / Shifted†cannot be refunded. These orders will NOT be re-sent unless paid for again. Anything that comes back with 6-7 days transit time, is not in a condition to be resent.  New packages will be sent out for re-shipment and the full price charged.
