- Attempt to deliver at the recipient address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.

- Also at times substitution of certain brands/products are necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced brands/products will be of similar weight.
