Lockdown delivery update

Safety first:

Amid these unprecedented times, health safety has been our top priority. We continue to connect you to your loved ones in Nepal keeping safety in mind for our customers, our staff and delivery crew.

Our safe delivery process: (1) We prepare all orders in our clean facility. (2) All items are dispatched directly from our warehouse to minimize contacts. (3) We call recipients prior delivery and leave orders at the address (or as per your recipient's convenience). No signature is required during delivery.

We keep safety first, and follow health guidelines carefully.

Limited delivery availability during lockdown:

- Our delivery is now limited inside Kathmandu valley only at the moment.
- Outside KTM delivery is closed until further notice.
- Perishable items including cakes, mithai and fresh flowers are unavailable for delivery until further notice.
- Only express items are available for delivery.
