• Substitution Policy: Occasionally, the substitution of brands/products is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced brands/products will be of similar weight. On rare occasions, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out and hence will be substituted with wine of comparable vintage. Please be assured that we will only substitute with a vintage for the same type or varietal.
